OPI "Exotic Birds Do Not Tweet" came out with the Spring/Summer 17' Fiji Collection.
This vibrant yellow is a crème shade and needs 2-3 coats in my opinion, (yellow polishes are always a bit difficult to apply from any brand) it pays to be a little light handed with the brush to avoid streakiness however, this nail polish rewards your hard work with a sun shaming manicure that can be seen from outer-space! The PERFECT summer shade in all it's glory!
