I always moisturize blow dried hair a little differently than air dried hair. The reason is because I'd like to enjoy the texture of the blow dried hair a little longer and products that contain water cause the natural hair texture to resurface very quickly. That's why I stick to my oils in this case and an oil that I've been loving lately is Argan Oil.
Argan Oil is a great Oil to use because it helps to heal the skin with "Vitamin F". It also has Omega 3 and 9 which help to prevent hair loss while it repairs follicles. It also eliminates frizz and keeps your hair looking shiny and healthy-Never Greasy.
In this video you'll see the steps I've taken to moisturize my mother's blow dried natural hair.
First, I washed mom's hair using Crème of Nature with Argan Oil of Morocco.
Then, I Deep Conditioned with the Intense Conditioner from the Crème of Nature Argan Oil Line.
Next, I applied Brigeo heat protectant crème on her hair to blow dry.
After the blow dry (Using tension method) I trimmed her ends. Then, I greased her scalp with Blue Magic Organics Castor Oil Grease and Loyal 100% Argan Oil was applied to the hair as well.
Lastly, I braided mom's hair for protective styling.
