I see myself getting a lot of use out of the first and second rows this holiday season. The third row is a little light for my deep skin tone. I am a fan of the "Dark Purple Taupe" shade on the bottom row. I think it could make a very pretty neutral eye look for any skin tone.
The packaging of the Artist Palette Vol.4 is very cute, compact and durable.
